Terms and Conditions for Husqvarna Automower Giveaway Competition

  1. Organizer
    The competition is organized by Garlick Garden Machinery Limited (“Organizer”).

  2. Competition Period
    The competition opens on 14th August 2025 and closes at 5pm 17th August 2025. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

  3. Eligibility
    The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older, except employees of the Organizer and their immediate families.

  4. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must complete the contact form on the “Southport Flower Show” page and “Like” Garlick Garden Machinery on Facebook.

  5. Prize
    The prize is one Husqvarna Automower 305, valued at approximately £1199. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize is the Automower ONLY, no installation kit or installation service are included, these will have to be purchased separately if required.

  6. Winner Selection
    The winner will be drawn at random on Monday, 18th August at 4:00 PM (local time) during a live broadcast on the Organizer’s Facebook page.

  7. Winner Notification
    The winner will be announced live on Facebook and contacted via email within 48 hours. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  8. Publicity
    By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name and/or image in any publicity material related to this competition without additional compensation.

  9. Data Protection
    Personal data collected during the competition will be used solely for administering the competition and contacting the winner as well as future marketing from the Organizer. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  10. General
    The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes will be notified to entrants via Facebook. The decision of the Organizer is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  11. Liability
    The Organizer accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant or winner.
